We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak season (May–September) and popular tours like Havasu Falls. Last-minute spots occasionally open up — call us directly for availability.
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before your tour. Cancellations 3–7 days prior receive a 50% refund. No refunds within 72 hours. However, we're happy to reschedule if given at least 48 hours notice.
Yes! We offer ADA-compliant accessible rim tours with wheelchair-accessible vehicles and routes. Please mention your accessibility needs when booking and we'll customize the experience for you. Most viewpoints on the South Rim are paved and accessible.
We recommend: at least 2 liters of water per person, sunscreen (SPF 50+), a hat and sunglasses, sturdy closed-toe shoes, layers for temperature changes, snacks, and a camera. For hiking tours, trekking poles are helpful.
Yes! Groups of 8 or more receive a 15% discount. Private tours can be arranged for any group size and include a fully personalized itinerary. Contact us to discuss your group needs and we'll create a custom package.
Children under 5 are free on rim tours. Hiking tours require participants to be at least 6 years old. The Havasu Falls hike is recommended for ages 10+. The helicopter tour has a minimum age of 2 years and a combined weight limit.
